    Went to this location early this morning for my usual drink. A lady named Erin was super loud and obnoxious... I can't believe Starbucks allows this behavior. All I wanted was my drink... but instead, I was given a headache and had to pay for it too! I was treated poorly and she didn't understand I wanted a simple iced caramel macchiato!! NOT COMPLEX!! Plus this location is SO slow and SO messy. Not what I'm used to for Starbucks...

    The barista, Tami, was awesome. Five stars for her excellent customer service whilst suffering through my mother-in-law’s navigation of the Starbucks free birthday drink system. Amazing.

    Keep in mind, this location is truly on "island time". If you don't have at least 15 minutes to truly dedicate, it may not be the one for you. Just saying...
